I was born in Sapporo in 1994. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in the Department of Biology, Faculty of Agriculture and Life Science, Hirosaki University. I had studied “Identification of genes involved in the conversion of asexual and sexual reproduction in planarians”. In 2017, I enrolled the doctoral program of the Department of Basic Biology, School of Life Science, SOKENDAI. My research focuses on “Functional compensation and evolutionary process of dual-obligate endosymbionts in the aphids”. Since 2020 Apr., I am a Research Fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (DC2).
